Wait List Procedure

1. We enrol patients of highest needs first.

 2. When you reach the top of the list, we will call you to come to the clinic for an enrolment appointment. At this appointment, you will complete an official enrolment form.

​

 

3.  Whanau of enrolled patients are given a high priority on the Wait List.
